蒙古死亡蠕虫
蒙古死亡蠕虫（英语：Mongolian Death Worm，当地语言称为：allghoi khorkhoi或orghoi хорхой）被描述为一种常出没于戈壁沙漠中的像蛇一样在地上爬行的蠕虫状生物；颜色通常是红色的、约5英尺长，外形看起来像是牛的肠子、头尾两端还有许多尖刺。据说该种蠕虫还可以向数英尺外的地方喷射致命的毒液，并释放电击波，因此具有高度的危险性。[1]
证实
伊凡·马克勒（英语：Ivan Mackerle）是一支捷克研究团队的领导人，他曾针对这种蠕虫展开三次搜寻行动；在搜寻行动中尝试使用高性能炸药将这种蠕虫从沙漠中引出，但并未成功。2004年，他利用低空飞行手段来拍摄戈壁沙漠，但仍无法让他成功拍摄到任何蠕虫存在的证据。[1]
蒙古死亡蠕虫至今仍属于神秘动物学（英语：Cryptozoology），但有多起目击事件支持此生物确实存在的理论。
