芯片 （正體）

芯片(chip)是集成电路(IC, integrated circut)的载体,由晶圆(wafer)分割而成。芯片经过封装可以制成通用的电子元器件, 也可以通过flip chip等技术应用在电路板表面以及IC卡,发送应答机(transponder)中。
