战争犯罪是指在战争状态下，对平民和军人的违反国际法犯罪。
战争罪行有四种：
- 战斗员违反战争法规行为
- 非战斗员所从事的敌对行为
- 战争叛逆
- 抢劫行为
国际刑事法院
国际刑事法院是一个位于海牙的和约性法院，专门用来审理战争罪。值得注意的是美国、中国和以色列都未加入该条约。
