帕羅奧多研究中心公司（PARC，Palo Alto Research Center, Inc.），原全錄帕羅奧多研究中心（Xerox Palo Alto Research Center），曾是全錄公司所成立的最重要的研究機構，它坐落於美國加利福尼亞州的帕羅奧多，成立於1970年。

帕羅奧多研究中心是許多現代計算機技術的誕生地，他們的創造性的研發成果包括：個人電腦、雷射印表機、滑鼠、乙太網；圖形用戶界面、Smalltalk、頁面描述語言Interpress（PostScript的先驅）、圖示和下拉式選單、所見即所得文本編輯器、語音壓縮技術等。

帕羅奧多研究中心在2002年1月4日起成為獨立公司。
