80286（官方名稱為iAPX 286），是英特爾（Intel）公司的一款x86系列CPU，最初發佈於1982年2月1日。
80286處理器被廣泛應用在1980年代中期到1990年代早期的IBM PC兼容機中。這些PC稱為「80286電腦」或「286電腦」，有時也簡稱「80286」或「286」。
80286處理器集成了大約13萬個電晶體，最大主頻為20MHz，採用16位資料匯流排和24位位址匯流排。
80286有兩種工作模式：真實模式和保護模式。在真實模式下，80286直接訪問內存的空間被限制在1M位元組，更多內存需要通過EMS或XMS內存機制進行映射。而在保護模式下，80286可以直接訪問16M位元組的內存，並具有異常處理機制，這為後來的微軟的多任務作業系統Windows準備了條件。
